All artwork files must be submitted in print-ready format. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final digital proofs before production begins. Once approval is given, production will proceed as confirmed.
Box Squire is not responsible for spelling errors, design placement issues, incorrect dimensions, or other mistakes that were approved in the final proof.
We make every effort to reproduce colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, materials, and finishes. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Orders may be canceled prior to production. Once production has begun or items have been shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once production has started. If an error occurs due to our mistake, we will review the issue and may offer a reprint at our discretion.
Production and shipping timelines begin after final proof approval. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Box Squire is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for reshipments caused by incorrect addresses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box Squire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Box Squire, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your submitted content.
