Return & Refund Policy

At Box Squire, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom packaging solutions. Because all of our products are custom-made according to your specifications, our return and refund policy is structured to be clear, transparent, and fair.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our packaging products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits once production has begun.

If we verify that an error occurred due to our mistake, we will review the issue and may offer a reprint of the affected order at our discretion.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at different stages of production. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of your order.

Stage 1 – Before Design Processing: Orders canceled before design work begins may be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Stage 2 – During Design Processing: If cancellation occurs after design work has started, a percentage of the total order amount may be deducted to cover design and preparation costs.

Stage 3 – In Production: Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be guaranteed. If cancellation is possible, substantial production costs may be deducted.

Stage 4 – Shipped Orders: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please note: Design service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, you must notify Box Squire within 3 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you may be required to provide clear photographs of the issue and return the majority of the received items. Claims submitted after 3 business days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Reprints are issued only after verification of the reported issue.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery. If visible damage or missing items are noticed, you must notify both the shipping carrier and our customer support team immediately.

We are not responsible for claims related to shipping damage that are not reported within the required timeframe.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Expedited production fees, rush printing charges, shipping upgrades, design services, and other service-related fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Proof Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving final artwork proofs before production begins. Once approval is given, the order will be printed as approved.

Box Squire is not liable for errors including but not limited to:

Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation mistakes.
Incorrect graphics placement or orientation.
Wrong font selection.
Incorrect dimensions or folds.
Color variations within normal industry tolerances.

We strive for accurate color reproduction; however, slight variations may occur due to printing processes, material differences, coatings, or screen settings.

7. Limitation of Refunds

Refunds are not issued for custom orders once production has started. In cases where a reprint is approved, it will be considered the sole remedy.
